Session
Responsibilies: | Session is responsible for the spiritual leadership of the congregation including worship; education; pastoral care and outreach. A quorum for Session requires the attendance of the ministry personnel or where no minister is settled or appointed the Pastoral Charge Supervisor. |
Stewards
Responsibilities: | The repair and maintenance of all church property is the responsibility of this committee. It recommends to the congregation the appointment of the church treasurer and ensures that proper financial records are maintained; administers receipts and expenditures; maintains adequate insurance protection; prepares an annual budget for the congregation and prepare an annual report and audited financial statement |
Board of Trustees
Responsibilities: | Trustees hold all of the congregation’s property as part of the United Church of Canada. It ensures that adequate property and liability insurance is carried and that a definite procedure for maintenance and repairs exists. It is responsible for the management of our trust funds. |

Ministry & Personnel
Responsibilities: | The work of the Ministry and Personnel Committee is important to the life and work of the pastoral charge as it provides a “confidential consultative forum to support the pastoral relationships”. The Committee listens discusses and then makes recommendations to the Stewards where final decisions about staffing salary etc. are made. |

Responsibilities: | The Music Committee is responsible to aid the Music Director in special events and fundraising activities. |

Responsibilities: | To arrange for a replacement minister of speaker in the event of illness or holiday. |
