Procedures for the Greeters and the Ushers

If you are unable to be there on your assigned Sunday, please try to find a replacement.

Tasks

• Greet members and visitors at entrance door.
• Point out hand sanitizing station should they wish to use it.
• The wearing of masks is no longer mandatory but is encouraged should someone ask.
• Direct member or visitor to their pew.
• Either the greeter or usher is to remain at the back of the sanctuary for a short time after the service begins to greet late comers.

Coffee Hour after Church
The people who are greeters are also responsible for the Coffee "Hour" after Church. The people who are scheduled, set-up for coffee hour are responsible for milk and/or cream. To make coffee use the recipe posted in the kitchen and make it in the small beige coffee maker
